Kahlil Gibran
Death is the final bloom in the last season of life.
Dying is the sacred process of that magnificent event.
The doula accompanies and supports the dying with loving presence in the final hours of life.
Caring for a loved one nearing the end of life can be exhausting physically, as well as emotionally.
A doula can assist with the daily responsibilities of life such as laundry, food shopping, meal preparation and animal care.
Creating a legacy project to honor and remember the life of a loved one offers a meaningful way to enable beautiful reflection and open inspiring conversation. Legacy projects celebrate life and living and provide tangible comfort and grief healing.
Careful clearing, methodical sorting, thoughtful decluttering and intentional organization produce a sense of release, relief, well-being and closure. Death cleaning can be performed prior to illness, after death or at any point of the transition process.
Do you feel called to guide and support the dying on their final transition?
This course will cover topics of death & dying and all elements of becoming an end-of-life doula.
